We're hiring LIVE Moderators to run the technical and operational side of Tik Tok Shop LIVE sessions - keeping the stream running smoothly, the chat engaged, and the sales mechanics firing at the right moments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage LIVE equipment before each session as a trained technician
• Engage with viewers in chat throughout the LIVE
• Handle product pinning and trigger real-time deals/promotions during the session
• Operate the Seller Center dashboard efficiently
• Moderate comments and manage escalation protocol for any tech or inventory issues

• Comfortable with live, fast-paced digital environments
• Technically competent with streaming equipment setup and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with (or ability to quickly learn) Tik Tok Shop's Streamer dashboard
