Experienced Hair Stylist

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Hair Stylist who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a stylist who is confident in their craft, values personalized service, and wants to grow their clientele in a supportive, fast-paced salon environment.

Provide customized hair services including cutting, coloring, blonding, styling, and treatments

Perform thorough consultations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate services

Deliver consistent, high-quality results tailored to each client

Educate clients on styling techniques, product use, and maintenance routines

Build and maintain a loyal clientele through excellent service and communication

Stay current with trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow salon standards

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Active New York State cosmetology license

2+ years of salon experience preferred

Strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling

Experience with blonding, balayage, or extensions is a plus

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and time management
