Caregivers Needed! We are looking for caregivers to help care for clients (mainly fragile, ill, disabled, and/or elderly), one-on-one, in their homes. Are you a master of TLC (Tender Loving Care)? Do you have a black belt in cheering up even the grumpiest of grannies? If so, we want YOU to join our squad as a Caregiver!

Job Title: Chief Happiness Officer (aka Caregiver)

Location: Wherever the magic happens – our clients' homes

Pay: 4-12 hr shifts: $16.00 per hour. $1-$2 pay differential for short shifts (shifts 2-3 hours in length). Numerous ways to advance and earn more.

• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, with sensitivity and respect.
• Offering emotional support and companionship to clients and their families, creating a nurturing presence.
• Preparing simple meals and light snacks as appropriate.
• Assisting with household chores and errands with reliability and care.
• Maintaining positive spirits and engaging clients with conversation and camaraderie.
• Providing personalized care to meet each client's needs and preferences.

• 18 years of age or older.
• A valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Willing to drive up to 30 minutes to reach clients' homes.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent communication skills with active listening and empathy.
• Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by patients and families at the end of life.
• Ability to turn everyday moments into meaningful experiences.
• Ability to find humor in challenging situations.
• We hire STNAs, HHAs, MAs, PCAs, nursing students, retirees, empty-nesters, or others with a heart to care for others who are willing to learn and become a professional caregiver.
