Location: California
Full-time Therapist position in Residential Treatment offering a base salary of $70,000/year, with potential for higher based on experience.
- Responsible for assessing clients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy.
- Leads treatment team, coordinates services, and maintains communication with families, community agencies, and staff.
- Completes necessary documentation, manages crisis intervention, and oversees discharge planning.
- Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience and licensure (preferably LPCC).
