JOB SUMMARY AND
QUALIFICATIONS:
Responsible for the daily operations of a supported living home for persons with developmental disabilities. This includes supervising and training a team of Direct Support Professionals (also known as Positive Behavior Support Technicians) covering all shifts in the home. 24-hour availability to supervise the team of Direct Support Professionals covering shifts in the home.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE FOR THIS ROLE: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in working in Human Services or related field. Supervisory and direct-care experience preferred.
