Caregiver, Home Care, Home Health Aide

Village Caregiving in London, Kentucky is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated In‑Home Caregiver to provide personalized care to a client in the MANCHESTER, KY area. This is a part‑time, hourly home care position. As an In‑Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for helping our clients with daily tasks and activities to ensure they can maintain a comfortable and independent lifestyle in their own homes.

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments and other outings.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, sweeping, and dishes.
• Engage in conversation and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic medical and healthcare practices.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
