Job Overview
DSPs are difference‑makers for adults with developmental disabilities, supporting them in employment, volunteerism, medical appointments, training and education, recreation, and common life skills. The support may range from hands‑on assistance to detailed instruction, or simple encouragement.
Compensation and Benefits- Starting wage: $16.00 per hour.

- Driver's license and reliable transportation.
