Schedule & Coverage: Flexible scheduling available
- Part-Time: 2 days per week (you choose the days)
- Full-Time:
Monday–Friday (daytime hours, typically one building per day) - Full Time are eligible for full benefit package
Service areas: Paducah, Bardwell, Mayfield, Clinton, Fulton, Hopkinsville, Greenville, and Monticello, KY
Job Summary: Telos Health Systems is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Coordinate care with facility staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational standards and regulations.
Required:
- Clear, active and unencumbered Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or Ph.D.).
- Master’s degree in counseling.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with geriatric populations.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or long-term care settings.
- Pay-per-encounter, fee-for-service compensation.
- Flexible scheduling — you choose your working days.
- No billing or authorization responsibilities (handled by our billing team).

Available to full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week; benefits become effective following a 30-day eligibility period, on the first of the month thereafter.
