Location: Warsaw

North Key Community Care is seeking School-Based Mental Health Counselors and Therapists to provide behavioral health therapy to children, adolescents, and families in partner schools in Northern Kentucky, primarily in Gallatin/Carrollton County. This position can be full‑time year‑round or offer summer OFF (with changes to salary).

Perks & Pay
  • Non‑Independently Licensed Pay – Up to annual salary of $60,000 for full‑time. This position is also eligible for monthly incentives based on monthly billable hours. Salary may be adjusted if working less than full time and/or having summers off.
  • Independently Licensed Pay – Up to annual salary of $75,000 for full‑time. This position is also eligible for monthly incentives based on monthly billable hours. Salary may be adjusted if working less than full time and/or having summers off.
  • Potential for up to 12% contingency bonus
  • Generous plan for paid time off (PTO) (Up to 16 days the first year)

Qualifications
  • Master's degree or above in a clinical field of study related to behavioral health.
  • Eligibility for Kentucky independent or non‑independent license is required.
  • Must have or be eligible for one of the following Kentucky licenses: LCSW, CSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, MFT, LPAT, CADC, LCADC, LPA, PhD, or PsyD.
  • Experience in behavioral health is a plus, but not required.
  • Graduate students are encouraged to apply.
Job Duties
  • Provide individual and group behavioral health therapy services for children, adolescents, and families in a school and/or outpatient office setting.
  • Provide behavioral health crisis assessment and therapy services to children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for clients based upon clients' areas of need, diagnoses, and symptoms.
  • Maintain multi-disciplinary working relationships with other clinicians, mental health therapists and counselors, school personnel, and other related professionals in the community.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation including progress notes, assessments, reports, schedules, and other material required.
  • Fully participate in staff development opportunities offered to enhance professional growth.
  • Maintain license, certification, and/or identified program performance skills.
