We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct assessments, individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to work in Crestview. The candidate will perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based treatments while maintaining detailed documentation and adhering to facility and licensing standards.

• Perform evaluations
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

• Master’s degree
• Birth-to-3 experience and oral-motor/feeding experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
