Location: Mount Sterling
Supplemental Health Care is searching for a dedicated travel Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. This position offers a 13-week contract and requires the ability to perform PT assessments, create individualized care plans, and provide skilled interventions for patient recovery.
The ideal candidate will have an active PT license, BLS certification, and at least one year of recent home health experience. A full benefits package, including medical, dental, and a 401(k), is offered.
