Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) – Security Officer

Job Overview

The EMT position administers first aid treatment at client sites, arranges transport of sick or injured persons to a medical facility, and works as a member of the emergency medical team. EMT Officers maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises, checking for irregularities, inspecting emergency equipment, preserving order, and enforcing regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.

They also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.

Wage: $20.00–$21.00 per hour.

Hiring Bonus: $250 after 6 months and $250 after 12 months (must be in good standing).

• Driver certification required.
• Valid Kentucky EMT certification.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to complete patrols.
• Strong technology skills (cell phone/computer).
• Prior security experience preferred.
