Job Location:

Elms Retirement Village – Wellington, OH 44090.

• Nursing assistant in accordance with state regulations.
• At minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Medication Aide: completion of a state‑approved training program, successful examination, and proof of state certification upon application.

• Follow established performance standards and perform duties according to nursing service policies and procedures.
• Provide direct resident care as assigned.
• Complete tub baths, showers, or bed baths.
• Take residents to the dining room and assist in feeding as assigned.
• Give personal care to all residents assigned.
