Location: Saint Catharine

Residential Coordinator – ARC is seeking an individual to support the orientation and ongoing satisfaction of clients admitted to our residential treatment program. The Coordinator will maintain structure, safety, and a positive atmosphere throughout each client’s treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain facility compliance, safety, and efficiency practices; assist the Director with employee and client scheduling and program compliance.
  • Supervise food and kitchen compliance, including menu adherence, temperature and knife logs, and weekly inventory of food and other supplies.
  • Plan and lead staff trainings to ensure adherence to ARC care and compliance standards; attend or conduct staff meetings as needed.
  • Create and maintain client responsibilities lists (chores); assist the Director with necessary client disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate client transportation to appointments; liaise with all departments to ensure vehicle service, equipment, and safety.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, organization, and proficiency in scheduling, filing, meetings, presentation, and client relations.
  • Perform other duties assigned and cover Director duties during vacations or other absences.
  • Remain computer literate with experience in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and EMR systems.
Key Experience and Education
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Kentucky Peer Support Specialist certification preferred.
Other Qualifications
  • Self‑motivated with excellent documentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills and use of search engines.
  • Calm and supportive crisis‑management skills.
  • Positive, professional attitude toward clients and staff.
