Location: Springfield
Communicare, Inc. is seeking a caregiver to support individuals in a residence in Springfield, KY. You will monitor progress, assist with daily living, meals, and transportation, and document progress and changes in care plans.
Qualifications include 18+ with a HS diploma or GED (21+ with good communication); CNA certificate preferred. Must have reliable transportation. This is a full-time position with shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays; benefits listed below.
