The Role:As a Clinical Field Liaison, you’ll be evangelizing Blossom out in the field so that more providers and patients are aware of our life-changing mental healthcare capabilities.
Your primary goal is to grow patient referrals to Blossom by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and their teams — including primary care physicians, specialists, therapists, office managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
You will be the face of Blossom to hundreds of providers and thousands of patients in your region. More than that, you’ll be a trusted partner, someone bringing solutions to providers desperate to get their patients psychiatric help.

This is a full-time role and you must be located in Queens, Brooklyn, or Long Island, New York.

Proven success in provider-facing field sales - you’ve achieved outstanding results winning over healthcare providers. Pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
Zero to one growth
- You have demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up with strategic ownershipProfessionalism & polish
- You have a strong professional presence and the ability to influence and connect across an entire medical office - from physicians to medical assistants, office managers, and staffDetail Obsessed and Data Fluent
- You have strong rigor, discipline, and proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and a comfort with quickly learning new systemsCommunication and organization
- You have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with strong time management and organizational abilities
Field Engagement
- Spend ~4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers within your territorySpotting Opportunities
- Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partnersConnecting & Converting
- Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into loyal referral partners who entrust Blossom with caring for their patients’ psych needsFostering Relationships
- Develop authentic, long-term relationships not only with providers but also with clinic staff — including medical assistants, office managers, and administrators — ensuring the entire office is engaged in supporting patient referralsContributing to Growth
- Help shape the Clinical Liaison function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices that strengthen the team
