Location: Grand Rivers
Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Registered Nurses to deliver in-home care across Kentucky. You will build close, one-on-one relationships with patients, promoting health and safety on their terms while maintaining program compliance.
Schedule is autonomous, enabling school, travel or family time. The ideal candidate holds an RN license in good standing, demonstrates strong communication, and has a preference for at least one year of acute care experience; new grads are welcome.
