Position OverviewAlivia Group Staffing seeks compassionate and dependable Caregivers/Home Care Aides to provide non‑medical in‑home assistance to seniors and others needing support with daily living activities. The role involves working a regular part‑time schedule of 12 hours per day, seven days a week, ensuring consistent and reliable care.
Responsibilities- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with ADLs (activities of daily living)
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Handle grocery shopping and errands
- Assist with transportation and accompany to appointments
- Monitor client well‑being and report concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Caregiving experience preferred (home care or healthcare)
- Compassionate and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass background screening requirements
- Home Care Aide registration and TB Test are required
