We have a network of pharmacies that ensures a dose fulfillment rate of over 99%. Working at our PETNET Solutions pharmacy in Knoxville, TN, you will contribute to this mission.
This is a night shift role at the PETNET Solutions pharmacy. Flexibility to work slightly alternative shifts is required.
Responsibilities- Production of radionuclides
- Preparation and testing of radiopharmaceuticals
- Dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory commitments including cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy laws, corporate policies, and applicable federal, state and local authorities.
- Responsible and accountable under State Pharmacy Law for all actions of personnel working in the permitted pharmacy area, in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager (PIC).
- Deliver and ensure performance of aseptic techniques, including sterility test and pyrogen testing per company SOPs.
- Ensure performance of QC procedures using analytical equipment and chemical tests per company SOPs.
- Maintain all applicable documents and records.
- Prepare shipment of radioactive materials according to procedure and licensing authorities requirements.
- Provide support in operation and maintenance of cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment and associated software.
- Pharmacy license or ability to acquire license.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Effective communication skills with ability to interpret information and provide/follow complex instructions.
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Strong customer relations skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Windows applications.
- Ability to handle packages up to 100 lb.
- Must be able to achieve corrected 20/20 vision and pass color‑blind tests.
