We are hiring a Community Liaison for our growing team!
As part of the intake and census development department, the Community Liaison acts as a liaison with the local healthcare and business community, identifying and developing key referral sources to increase referrals for our residential and outpatient centers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain contacts and partnerships in the community, working with local courts, hospitals, and referral sources to increase communication and referral flow.
- Work directly with the intake department to determine which programs and services best fit the needs of the client.
- Maintain good relationships with intake staff, administrative personnel, and external professional groups and agencies.
- Build and strengthen relationships with media, government, community, and related organizations.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional working relationship with ARC staff and consumers.
- Bring policy or personnel issues to supervision as they arise.
- Protect the privacy of all persons served/clients in accordance with ARC privacy policies and applicable federal and state law.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Marketing knowledge and experience.
- Minimum of 3‑5 years experience in the addiction field.
- Computer literate with experience in a Windows environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize work and responsibilities.
- Ability to connect with local hospitals, court systems, and other referral sources.
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to the public.
- Proficiency in computer software programs.
- Team player, organized, detail‑oriented.
