Location: Mount Sterling

We are hiring a Community Liaison for our growing team!

As part of the intake and census development department, the Community Liaison acts as a liaison with the local healthcare and business community, identifying and developing key referral sources to increase referrals for our residential and outpatient centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain contacts and partnerships in the community, working with local courts, hospitals, and referral sources to increase communication and referral flow.
  • Work directly with the intake department to determine which programs and services best fit the needs of the client.
  • Maintain good relationships with intake staff, administrative personnel, and external professional groups and agencies.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with media, government, community, and related organizations.
  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional working relationship with ARC staff and consumers.
  • Bring policy or personnel issues to supervision as they arise.
  • Protect the privacy of all persons served/clients in accordance with ARC privacy policies and applicable federal and state law.
Key Experience and Education Needed
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Marketing knowledge and experience.
  • Minimum of 3‑5 years experience in the addiction field.
Other Qualifications to be Considered
  • Computer literate with experience in a Windows environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize work and responsibilities.
  • Ability to connect with local hospitals, court systems, and other referral sources.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to the public.
  • Proficiency in computer software programs.
  • Team player, organized, detail‑oriented.
