Location: McDowell
Appalachian Regional Healthcare Inc. is hiring a Community Health Coordinator to provide health screenings at community events and through our mobile clinic, serving underserved populations in Eastern Kentucky and Southern West Virginia.
You will promote health education and preventive care in rural communities, perform BP, glucose, and cholesterol checks, record results in EMR, and collaborate with nurses and health educators to ensure quality care and follow-up.
