Pharmacist, Healthcare

RPh on the Go is seeking a full-time Staff Pharmacist for a busy retail pharmacy in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. This position offers strong technician support, a consistent weekday schedule, and limited Saturday coverage.

• Four weekdays per week, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Saturday coverage approximately 1-2 times per month, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM

• Verify prescriptions and ensure accuracy
• Counsel patients and answer medication-related questions
• Oversee pharmacy workflow and technician support
• Process and manage prescriptions using Pioneer Rx
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Support daily operations in a high-volume retail environment
• Deliver excellent service to patients and pharmacy staff
• Assist with scheduled Saturday coverage

• Active Kentucky Pharmacist license in good standing
• Recent retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Pioneer Rx experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Availability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month

  Approximately 3,000 prescriptions per week

• Weekday staff: 2 pharmacists and 5-6 technicians
• Saturday staff: 1 pharmacist and 3-4 technicians

• Starting at $65 per hour, based on experience
