Location: Pewee Valley
Commonwealth Pain and Spine in Louisville, KY, is seeking a full-time APRN to support the Louisville‑Downtown clinic with travel to the Louisville‑South, Lexington, and Elizabethtown clinics (monthly/bi-monthly). Mileage reimbursement is provided and the role is bonus eligible.
You will assess patients, develop care plans with physicians, and perform injections and prescribed treatments while collaborating with a team committed to high‑quality pain management.
