With 13 operating theatres across three buildings, you’ll work in a dynamic and highly specialised environment supported by advanced technology, expert multidisciplinary teams, and a strong culture of learning and collaboration.

As a Senior Scrub Theatre Practitioner within our Theatre Department, you’ll play an important role in supporting some of the most complex spinal and neurological procedures carried out in the independent sector. Working alongside highly experienced surgeons and theatre colleagues, you’ll contribute to exceptional patient outcomes while continuing to develop your own expertise. The department has a strong track record of investing in its people, offering structured development opportunities, career progression pathways and access to specialist training, including the Surgical First Assistant course for those looking to broaden their skills and responsibilities.

  • Support a culture of safety, professionalism and shared learning across the theatre team.

  • Proven experience supporting complex spinal and neuro procedures such as ALIF, TLIF, XLIF, intradural lesion surgery and craniotomies.
