Adventist Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our home health/hospice team in Jamestown, CA. You will provide therapy services to patients with speech, language or swallowing disorders and contribute to treatment planning and patient outcomes.
Requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification; CCC is preferred. Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States are also required.
