Location: Lancaster
Mountain Comprehensive Care Center seeks compassionate individuals to join our residential treatment team as a Residential Care Associate. You will help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for residents working toward recovery from substance use disorders.
As an RCA, you will reinforce treatment goals, support daily programming, and assist residents toward their treatment goals while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the clinical team.
