Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Physical Therapist licensed in the state of KY
- Doctoral degree required
Assignment Details
- Monday through Friday.
- 8:00am to 4:30pm Eastern.
- 40 hours per week.
- 8 hours per day.
- No on-call or weekend requirement.
- Primary coverage area is Wayne County, with visits in nearby counties as needed.
