Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Signature HealthCARE -  - Responsibilities:
Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel;
Assist with activities of daily living within the plan of care;
Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms;
Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics;
Record resident vital signs, weights, intake and output, and food consumption as assigned;
Turn and position residents to prevent pressure ulcers;
Support resident rights and choices within the care environment;
Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas;
Answer call lights and assist resident needs;
Assist in orientation and training of other staff
