Location: Wurtland
Wurtland Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN coverage. This role supports high-quality rehabilitative care under a licensed OT, focusing on ADLs, mobility, and resident independence in a geriatric setting.
Ideal candidates hold an OTAS degree, current COTA licensure, and possess strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Experience in SNF care and familiarity with PDPM are a plus.
