Position
Community Health Worker (Full-Time)
Pay: Up to $20.00/hour
Location: In person, Lebanon, KY
- Conduct community outreach and provide health education.
- Help individuals navigate the healthcare system, including Medicare.
- Support people dealing with addiction and other health challenges.
- Collect data and maintain client records.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers on health promotion programs.
- Speak publicly to educate the community about health and wellness.
- Use motivational interviewing to encourage healthy behavior changes.
- Knowledge of Medicare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of medical terminology.
- Experience in addiction counseling or related fields (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach.
