Location: Crestview Hills

Responsibilities

  • Perform approved specimen collection procedures, point‑of‑care testing services and processing.
  • Provide education, information, and support to patients and families regarding tests and specimen acquisition.
  • Assist in special projects, evaluations, experiments, or research.
  • Act as patient advocate, meet patient/family needs, communicate information about admissions, referrals, transfers, and discharges, and provide emotional support as needed.
  • Utilize a customer‑focused approach, communicate courteously, attend to requests promptly.
  • Collaborate cooperatively with others, adjust personal style and efforts, build positive working relationships, share knowledge, and promote a professional workplace.
  • Maintain currency in the field through continuing education, conferences, in‑services, literature, and seminars; implement new knowledge into work; participate in professional committees, agencies, councils, or activities.
  • Understand and comply with applicable policies, guidelines, regulations, and accreditation standards; document compliance; maintain a clean, safe, and effective work environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of phlebotomy or other clinical laboratory specimen collection experience (or completion of a phlebotomy or medical assistant program).
  • Preferred:
    Phlebotomy or medical assistant certification.
Location

Crestview Hills, Crestview Labs.

Schedule & Employment

Full‑time, evening shift, 40 hours per week.

Employee Status

Regular FTE.

Pay

Annualized pay $18.16 – $22.25 per hour; may vary based on FTE status.
