The Reminiscence Coordinator leads the memory care neighborhood, ensuring residents living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia receive compassionate, individualized care and meaningful engagement. This role champions Sunrise's Resident-Centered Care model while supporting families and developing a strong, well-trained team.
What You'll Do:- Lead daily operations of the reminiscence neighborhood in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards
- Champion the designated care manager model and Life Skills programming
- Develop and facilitate dementia-appropriate activities that create purposeful, pleasant days
- Partner with clinical leadership to ensure ISPs, safety, hydration and care needs are met Support families through meetings, education and monthly support groups
- Monitor quality indicators including weight management, behaviors and medication oversight
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance management
- Oversee department budget and financial performance
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management standards

Pay Range:70,720.
