Our Eddyville outpatient clinic provides individualized rehabilitation services to patients with a variety of orthopedic, post-surgical, and musculoskeletal conditions. Clinicians enjoy working in a supportive environment where teamwork, quality care, and professional growth are prioritized.
Your Role
- Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients in achieving functional goals through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Provide patient and caregiver education to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
- Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment progress.
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
- Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
- Manage a typical full-time outpatient caseload averaging approximately 10-12 patient visits per day.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to support individualized plans of care.
- Contribute to a positive, patient-first clinical environment focused on exceptional outcomes.
