Schedule: PRN / Per Diem / As Needed — No Guaranteed Hours
Location: The Palms at Sun City
Pay: $17.50–$19.50 per hour

The Palms at Sun City is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated PRN Caregiver to join our team.

This is a strictly PRN, as-needed position
. PRN Caregivers provide coverage based on community needs, including open shifts, call-outs, and other staffing needs. This role doesnot have a set or regularly scheduled part-time schedule.

As a PRN Caregiver
, you will provide personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living while helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

You will be called upon to provide coverage as needed

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and provide individualized support based on each resident’s needs.
• Assist residents during meals while following dietary restrictions, food allergies, and personal preferences.
• Promote residents’ comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive condition.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Follow all community policies, safety procedures, and applicable state regulations.
• Safely transport residents to church services, medical appointments, and other approved activities as needed.
• Provide dependable coverage for open shifts, call-outs, and other community staffing needs.

• Genuine passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for residents and teammates.
• Flexibility and dependability to accept PRN shifts as community needs arise.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Must meet all applicable state and community employment requirements.
