Sylvan Health is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical weight management program on a part-time basis (20 hours/week) as a remote W-2 employee. You will deliver virtual visits, collaborate with Registered Dietitians, and help build our GLP-1 program for obesity medicine.
The ideal candidate has an NP license, DEA registration, and experience managing obesity or metabolic disease, with strong communication and autonomous telehealth practice.
