Premise Health is hiring a Part Time Physician Assistant for our Avon, IN Health Center. Initially virtual in Oct 2026, transitioning to an on-site clinic by Feb 2027. You will conduct exams, perform procedures, develop care plans, order tests, and coordinate with physicians to deliver comprehensive care.
Requirements include current NCCPA certification, Indiana PA license, ARC-PA accredited PA program degree, and DEA license. Experience in ambulatory or occupational health is preferred.
