Marshall Medical Center in Placerville is seeking a Patient Service Representative 1 for the MMF Float Pool. This per diem role serves as the first point of contact for patients, families and external parties, handling registrations, scheduling, billing inquiries and phone management.
You will provide daily clerical support to the clinic and may assist in orienting new staff or supporting other departments as needed. Prior customer service and basic medical terminology are preferred.
