Scripps Health is seeking a part-time Clinical Laboratory Scientist to support the Oceanside and Rancho Bernardo labs. The role involves 48 hours every two weeks with 8-hour shifts ranging from 7am to 8:30pm on varied days, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Training will be full-time for 2–3 weeks during day shift to ensure full competency. The CLS will perform specimen collection, processing and testing, with independent decision-making and access to leadership support.
