. Caregiver MUST have their own reliable source of transportation upon accepting a case.

We are seeking a Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to become a part of the Our Care Network. Our Care Of New York employs caregivers for areas including Westchester, Bronx, Putnam, Dutchess, Nassau, Rockland, Orange, Suffolk, Ulster and Sullivan. • Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status.
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing.
• Provide specialized healthcare.
• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields is a plus.

• HHA or PCA certificate
• Valid Employment Authorization Documents
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Medical documents as required by NYS Dept. of Health
