Gentiva Hospice in Altoona, PA is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on personal care in patients' homes, assisted living facilities, or inpatient units. You will support daily living activities, observe health changes, and document visits accurately.
The ideal candidate has an active CNA license in PA, current CPR, a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle, and at least 6 months of direct patient care experience.
