Summary In this role, you’ll work directly with youth and families to provide individualized support, coordinate services, connect clients with community resources and help children and families work toward meaningful goals. You’ll also collaborate with our clinical team and community partners to provide trauma-informed care and support positive outcomes.
Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related human services field with an applicable Ohio license OR a high school diploma/equivalent, at least three years of relevant behavioral health or human services experience and active enrollment in a degree program leading to Ohio licensure. If you are a Van Wert County native and move back to Van Wert County, you may be eligible for the Learn & Return student loan payment program.
