Bright Star Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to deliver in-home therapy to clients of all ages.
This is a Per-Diem, flexible hours role. You’ll support patients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays by helping them regain their ability to communicate and swallow safely.

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home speech and language therapy
- Create personalized care plans based on evaluations
- Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Document progress in our secure EMR system
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate families on exercises and strategies for success
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- 1+ years of experience (home health preferred)
- CCC-SLP from ASHA (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
