VOALA is seeking a Case Manager, AOD II, to assess participants and coordinate access to medical, educational, social, prevocational, vocational, rehab, and other services. The role ensures linkages meet medical, mental health, housing and education needs, in collaboration with the AOD Counselor and Therapist.
You will coordinate case conferences, advocate for clients, and connect families with referral resources and supports.
