Regional Director of Respiratory Therapy
Job SummaryAdvinia Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Respiratory Therapy to oversee our Rhode Island and Massachusetts facilities, with a special focus at Rhode Island Respiratory and Rehab Managed by Advinia Care. As a Regional Director of Respiratory Therapy, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of respiratory care is delivered to our patients and residents.

- Oversee the daily operations of Rhode Island and Massachusetts facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the respiratory therapy team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall quality of care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed and implemented for patients and residents
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient charts and records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and mentoring programs to promote professional growth and development
- Develop and manage budgets for respiratory therapy services, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Licensed Respiratory Therapist
- 5+ years of experience in respiratory therapy, with a focus on vents, tracheostomies, stomas, and decannulation
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience in overseeing teams and facilities
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in respiratory care, with a focus on patient-centered care and cultural change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- A dynamic and supportive work environment that prioritizes patient-centered care and cultural change
