Outpatient Clinical Psychologist

Life Stance Health seeks an Outpatient Clinical Psychologist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this hybrid role, you will deliver individual and group psychotherapy, conduct psychological assessments, and create patient-centered treatment plans across in-office and telehealth settings. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes, uphold high ethical standards, and support our culture of empowerment, quality, and collaboration.

• Provide outpatient individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and psychological assessments for diverse populations
• Develop, implement, and update patient-centered treatment plans
• Deliver services via both telehealth and in-office visits while maintaining high clinical quality
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Document sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in the EHR in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes and best practices
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in clinical practice
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality-improvement initiatives
• Engage in continuing education and professional development to advance skills and career growth
