Base Salary:$85,000–$110,000
Total Compensation:$95,000–$120,000

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations focused on upper-extremity function and performance.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, and improve daily activity participation.
  • Treat a wide range of post-surgical and complex upper-extremity conditions, including tendon repairs, fractures, ligament injuries, nerve injuries, and post-operative hand and wrist procedures.
  • Deliver manual therapy and evidence-based upper-extremity interventions aligned with physician referrals and patient goals.
  • Design and fabricate custom orthoses and splints for complex upper-extremity conditions.
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs, activity modification, and functional strategies to support recovery.
  • Collaborate closely with referring physicians, surgeons, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Support and guide Occupational Therapy Assistants and aides, as applicable.
  • Contribute to clinical mentorship, collaboration, and best-practice development within the team.
What You Bring
  • Active (or in-progress) state Occupational Therapist license.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) strongly preferred; candidates actively pursuing CHT certification are encouraged to apply.
  • 3–5+ years of dedicated hand therapy experience, including treatment of post-surgical, orthopedic, and upper extremity conditions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in upper extremity evaluation, splint fabrication, and evidence-based treatment planning.
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex cases with a high level of autonomy.
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient-centered, outcomes-driven care.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
