Location: Northern
Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Part-time Social Worker (LMSW) to join our Case Management team for weekend coverage. The role provides psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, discharge planning, referral linkage and emotionally supportive counseling to families caring for their children.
Hours are Saturdays and Sundays, 2:00pm–12:30am, with a 20-hour weekly schedule; LMSW licensure in Texas and BLS certification within 30 days are required.
