Phoenix of Fairlawn is seeking a dependable PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in‑house rehab team in Akron, OH. Weekend and occasional weekday coverage are available in a SNF/LTC setting.
The ideal candidate has an Ohio COTA license and a graduate of an accredited program, with prior SNF/LTC experience preferred. Net Health experience is a plus; strong communication and teamwork are essential.
