Conchohealthandrehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team on a PRN basis. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver skilled PT services to residents to improve mobility and quality of life.
Active and valid Texas PTA license is required; SNF or long-term care exposure is preferred. Net Health documentation experience is a plus, and we value strong communication and teamwork within an interdisciplinary team.
