As a Business Office Manager, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our facility's financial pulse.

As our Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our facility, including resident accounts, billing, deposits, and petty cash. You will also assist residents with medical assistance applications and financial matters, ensuring that no stone is left unturned. Additionally, you will supervise our front desk staff, ensure that all billing, collections, and bookkeeping are accurate, and work your spreadsheet magic while navigating the occasional curveball of a rapidly changing industry.

• Associates Degree (bonus points if you have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field!)
• At least one year of Business Office experience in Long-Term Care
• Experience in Long Term Care Medicare, Maryland Medicaid, Insurance, Etc.
• A love for numbers, problem-solving, and helping people—all with a smile
